We are not a hospital but we can offer a level of support to assist with detox (a nurse is expected on site by the end of August 2026)
Clients must be able to self-care and be mobile. Clients are expected to engage in all aspects of the programme within a reasonable period of time after admission.
What Detox's Are Available?
Alcohol, Opiates, Synthetic Opioids, Heroin, Morphine, Opium Codeine, Co-Codamol, (all opioids/opiates). Methadone, Buprenorphine, Cocaine, Crack Cocaine, Benzodiazepines, NPS including Spice, Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, Zopiclone, Ketamine, Psilocybin, Xylazine, GBL, GHB, Ecstasy, Methadrone, Monkey Dust, Prescription Medications, Over the Counter (OTC) Medications - as well as other Class A and Class B Drugs.
24 Hour Medical Supervision?
NoNo (BUT Consultant Psychiatrist providing admissions assessment and detox regimes. Access to local GP surgery).

Addiction and social anxiety, PTSD, depression;
SL can work with most co-occurring disorders including bi-polar or personality disorders, depending on the client having been professionally diagnosed and currently stabilised on medication;
The Psychiatrist discusses suitability at the assessment stage face to face with the client on the day of admission.
